Ten (10) Rules and Regulations Contained in JCHA Dwelling Lease

  1. Report in writing (within 10 days) changes in income and family composition.

  2. No pets are allowed without written approval.

  3. Pay rent on time to avoid $25 late fees.

  4. You are responsible for keeping your front and backyard litter-free, neat, and attractive.

  5. Be considerate of your neighbors and keep your TV/radio turned to a low volume.

  6. Outside antennas are not permitted.

  7. Call the maintenance department for all repairs.

  8. Please do not waste utilities.

  9. Do not cut, dig, or damage trees and shrubs.

  10. Keep cooking grills on the back, not the front; do not dump charcoal behind or beside the unit.

  11. Do not store gasoline or other flammable materials in your home - (including go carts, scooters, etc.)

  12. No inflatable wade or swimming pools allowed. No Trampolines Allowed

  13. Please store your garbage cans on the back of your unit.

  14. Do not get involved or have guests or family members who are involved in drug-related and other criminal activities.

THESE ARE IMPORTANT TOO:

  • Before you come to the management office, you must have an appointment to see the manager.

  • When attempting to contact the management office by phone, please leave a message if we're unable to answer; your call will be returned within 24 hours.

  • Complaint forms are available for confidential complaints. You may pick them up in the office and bring them back, or put them in the mail. You don't have to sign them.

  • Report all household changes to the office within 10 days after you find out about them for the timely completion of any rent changes. Rent changes occur only after the change has been verified.
