Pay Rate: $60,544($29.11/hr.) - $75,678 ($36.38/hr.)

Summary of Job Duties
Oversee the Housing Choice Voucher Program of the Authority, and monitor day-to-day operations through reviewing and generating reports. Establish departmental priorities and goals and provide direction and leadership to accomplish goals. Supervise assigned staff. Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of records and reports. Select and review files for SEMAP, submit data to PIC, and generate Board reports. Promote full utilization of vouchers and facilitate landlord/tenant relations. Coordinate taking applications for the waiting list, and follow-up with notices to applicants. Manage and oversee waiting list maintenance. Maintain files and records. Review files and records to assure that standards are met and that all reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, public administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in housing, including 2 years of experience in the Housing Choice Voucher Program, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other:
- Certification as HCV Specialist
- Valid Driving License
- Ability to be insured under the Authority's vehicle policy
