Spring Gardens Apartments
Spring Gardens Apartments consists of 306 units designed specifically for senior adults ages 55 and older. All apartments are ground-level units with both front and rear entrances, and wheelchair-accessible units are available. All apartments at Spring Gardens are fully electric. The following utilities and amenities are provided for residents:

- Trash Collection
- Pest Control
- Electric Stove and Refrigerator
- Laminate Flooring
- Central Heating and Air Conditioning
For residents' convenience, multiple laundry facilities are located throughout the property. Spring Gardens also operates a property-owned bus that provides weekly scheduled transportation for seniors to essential destinations. In addition, two local pharmacies offer prescription delivery directly to the property.
The community is centered around a centrally located Community Center, where a nutrition program is operated in partnership with United Way. A full-time Service Coordinator is available to assist residents with social services, community resources, and other supportive needs.
