Recertification and Interims
Please call the management office to schedule appointments when notified to do so about your annual recertification, when you need to report changes regarding an increase or decrease in income, or when there is a change in your family composition (a child moving out or a newborn baby).

Pet Policy

Section I - Paragraph I(g): All authorized pets must be under the control of an adult. An unleashed pet, or one tied to a fixed object, is not considered to be under the control of an adult. Pets which are unleashed or leashed and unattended on HA property may be impounded and taken to the local Humane Society. It shall be the responsibility of the tenant to reclaim the pet at the expense of the tenant.

Section I - Paragraph 6: The tenant is solely responsible for cleaning up the waste of the pet within the dwelling and on the premises of the public housing development. If the pet is taken outside, it must be on a leash at all times. If there is any visible waste by the pet, it must be disposed of in a plastic bag, securely tied, and placed in the garbage receptacle for your unit.

Overnight - Overnight Guest - Section IV, Paragraph (D): That guest may visit with the consent of a household member. The tenant agrees that no member of the tenant household authorized to reside in the unit shall have a guest for more than 14 days within a calendar year without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

Illegal/Unregistered Firearms - Section IV, Paragraph (AA): Not to illegally discharge any type of firearm and not to possess any illegal and/or unregistered firearm in or near the premises. This includes but is not limited to B.B. guns and air-powered rifles.

Unauthorized Parking/Inoperable Vehicles - Section IV, Paragraph (V): To park motorized vehicles only in designated parking areas and never on grass areas; not to display vehicles for sale; not to grease, change oil, wash, or make major repairs to such vehicles; not to leave or park motorized vehicles in an inoperative condition.

Parents are Responsible for the actions of your children - Section IV, Paragraph (L): To act, and cause household members and guests to act in a manner which will not disturb other tenants' peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations and will be conducive to maintaining the project in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition

Trash

Trash cans are to be pulled back to the unit after trash pickup on Friday. All trash cans on the curb on Monday will be charged $30.00 for noncompliance.

Furniture pickup is Wednesday morning starting at 7:00. Please do not put any furniture out until Tuesday evening. NO EXCEPTIONS.
