A new school year has begun. Our children will once again be out early in the morning and afternoons walking and waiting for the school buses to pick them up and drop them off. So, let's be mindful of our children's safety. This year let's be proactive and not reactive make our children's safety your greatest concern!

Reminders

  • If you can't keep your Annual Recertification Appointment, please call to reschedule. Please bring all required documentation with you on the day of the appointment.

  • Please be reminded that toys, bikes, and balls, etc. should not be left in grass cutting areas at any time!

Trash

Trash cans are to be pulled back to the unit after trash pickup on Friday. All trash cans on curb on Monday will be charged $30.00 noncompliance.

Furniture pick up is Wednesday morning starting at 7:00. Please do not put any furniture out until Tuesday evening. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pet Policy

Section 1 - Paragraph 1(g): All authorized pets must be under the control of an adult. An unleased pet, or one tied to a fixed object, is not considered to be under the control of an adult. Pets which are unleashed or leashed and unattended on HA property may be impounded and taken to the local Human Society. It shall be the responsibility of the tenant to reclaim the pet at the expense of the tenant.

Vehicles

INOPERABLE, FLAT TIRES, NO TAG, ABANDON, JACKED/PROPED UP AND EXPIRED TAGS will be towed off the property within 48 hours (2 days). The cost to recover the vehicle will be at the owner's expense.
