FSS Success Story, Congrats to the Allens on Becoming Homeowners!

The Allens, former residents of our Bessemer Community, Oak Ridge, became residents in 2010. Two years later, they enrolled in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program with the intent of obtaining financial stability and becoming homeowners. The family of 4 successfully completed the program and became homeowners in February 2019. JCHA extends their congratulations to the Allens.
