Congrats Jacqueline Townes, FSS Homeownership Program Success

JCHA wishes congratulations to Jacqueline Townes. Jacqueline Townes is a former resident of Terrace Manor. She began participation in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) in 2014. Ms. Townes, who has maintained steady full-time employment since 2016, primary goal was to become a homeowner. That goal became a reality in July 2019 when she became a first-time homeowner.
