FSS Success Story, Congrats Ms. Ruby Stephens on Becoming a Homeowner!

Following a life changing event, Ms. Ruby Stephens started her life over. On December 5, 2016, Ms. Stephens became a member of the Jefferson County Housing Authority family, as a resident at our Spring Gardens Community. On August 1, 2017, she enrolled in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program, where she began working on meeting all of the requirements to become a homeowner. Ms. Stephens closed on her new home September 10, 2018. Congratulations to Ms. Stephens!
