Unauthorized Pets-Section IV, Paragraph (p) - not to keep or allow dogs, cats, or any other animals or pets on the premises without the prior written consent of Landlord and in accordance with the Landlord's pet policy.
- Those residents wishing to have pets should contact the Property Manager, pay the initial pet fee and provide all documentation from the Veterinarian.
- The Pet Policy Agreement must be signed between the Manager and the resident prior to acquiring your pet.
- Neither the annual fee nor the security deposit can be paid in installments. All monies are to be paid in full prior to the signing of the Pet Policy Agreement.
- Animals or breeds of animals that display vicious and/or intimidating behavior will not be allowed.
- No pet sitting. If you have not signed a pet agreement, you CANNOT pet sit someone else's pet.
Overnight Guest - Section IV, Paragraph (D) - That guest may visit with the consent of a household member. The tenant agrees that no member of the tenant household authorized to reside in the unit shall have a guest for more than 14 days within a calendar year without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
Illegal/Unregistered Firearms - Section IV, Paragraph (AA) - Not to illegally discharge any type of firearm and not to possess any illegal and/or unregistered firearm in or near the premises. This includes but is not limited to B.B. guns and air powered rifles.
Unauthorized Parking/Inoperable Vehicles - Section IV, Paragraph (V) - To park motorized vehicles only in designated parking areas and never on grass areas; not to display vehicles for sale; not to grease, change oil, wash, or make major repairs to such vehicles; not to leave or park motorized vehicles in an inoperative condition.
Parents are Responsible for the actions of your children - Section IV, Paragraph (L) - To act, and cause household members and guests to act in a manner which will not disturb other tenant's peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations and will be conducive to maintaining the project in a decent from, safe and sanitary condition.
