SUMMER SAFETY TIPS
- When spending time outside, spray on insect repellents that contain DEET.
- To prevent tick bites, wear light colored clothing.
- No running when at the swimming pool.
- Never leave small kids unsupervised when at the swimming pool.
- Parents should always check playground swings and slides to be sure surfaces are not too hot, and swing set ropes and chains are secure.
- Always stay hydrated, drink plenty of water.
- To protect from sunburn, apply a water repellent sunscreen that protects against UVA and UVB sun rays every day of the year!
RECERTIFICATION REMINDERS
- Bring completed summary application, income verification, current gas and electrical utility bill or statement!
- All family members 18 years of age and above must be present for the recertification interview!
- When you receive your rent adjustment letter, request to make an appointment to sign your new lease. Call the management office as soon as possible to request your appointment date and time!
Overnight - Overnight Guest - Section IV, Paragraph (D) - That guest may visit with the consent of a household member. The tenant agrees that no member of the tenant household authorized to reside in the unit shall have a guest for more than 14 days within a calendar year without the prior written consent of the Landlord.
Illegal/Unregistered Firearms - Section IV, Paragraph (AA) - Not to illegally discharge any type of firearm and not to possess any illegal and/or unregistered firearm in or near the premises. This includes but is not limited to B.B. guns and air-powered rifles.
Unauthorized Parking/Inoperable Vehicles - Section IV, Paragraph (V) - To park motorized vehicles only in designated parking areas and never on grass areas; not to display vehicles for sale; not to grease, change oil, wash, or make major repairs to such vehicles; not to leave or park motorized vehicles in an inoperative condition.
Parents are Responsible for the actions of Your children - Section IV, Paragraph (L) - To act, and cause household members and guests to act in a manner which will not disturb other tenants' peaceful enjoyment of their accommodations and will be conducive to maintaining the project in a decent, safe, and sanitary condition.
Section III, Paragraph (C) - "Within ten (10) calendar days after there is a change in family income or family composition, Tenant agrees to provide to Landlord verifiable information regarding such change".
Trash cans are to be pulled back to the unit after trash pickup on Friday. All trash cans on the curb on Monday will be charged $30.00 for noncompliance.
