Reminders

  • A new school year has begun. Our children will once again be out early in the morning and afternoons walking and waiting for the school buses to pick them up and drop them off. So, let's be mindful of our children's safety. This year let's be proactive and not reactive make our children's safety your greatest concern!

  • If you can't keep your Annual Recertification Appointment, please call to reschedule. Please bring all required documentation with you on the day of the appointment.

  • To help minimize pests in everyone's unit, your unit must be sprayed. Pest Control and Management will be coming in your unit. Brookside & Red Hollow every first Monday of the month. Fultondale & Hickory Grove every first Tuesday of the month. Refusing Scheduled Pest Control will be a $30.00 charge. Retreatment due to poor housekeeping will be a $45.00 charge.

Trash 

Trash cans are to be pulled back to the unit after trash pickup on Friday. All trash cans on the curb on Monday will be charged $25.00 for noncompliance.

Furniture pick up is Wednesday morning starting at 7:00. Please do not put any furniture out until Tuesday evening. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Vehicles

INOPERABLE, FLAT TIRES, NO TAG, ABANDONED, JACKED/PROPED UPAND EXPIRED TAGS will be towed off the property within 48 hours (2 days). The cost to recover the vehicle will be at the owner's expense.
