Reminders:

• If a Resident has a complaint that needs to be made, you must submit a complaint form via mail or place it in the drop box. The complaint will then be reviewed, and the Manager will be in touch with you.
• If you can't keep your Annual Recertification Appointment, please call to reschedule. Please bring all required documentation with you on the day of the appointment.
• You will only be rescheduled for your recertification, two times. If you fail to make the second appointment, you will be issued a lease termination notice.
• The office is now open by appointments only!
• Please be reminded, per your lease, parking on the grass is not allowed!
• Check your mailbox! We mail things to you.
• Please call if you cannot make your recert appointment.
• Toys, bikes, and balls should not be left in grass cutting areas at anytime.
