Trash cans are to be pulled back to the unit after trash pickup on Friday. All trash cans on curb on Monday will be charged $25.00 noncompliance.

  • Please be reminded, per your lease, parking on the grass is not allowed!

  • Reminder: If you can't keep your Annual Recertification Appointment, please call to reschedule. Please bring all required documentation with you on the day of the appointment.

  • Please be reminded that toys, bikes, and balls should not be left in grass cutting areas at any time!

  • Furniture pick up is Tuesday morning starting at 7:00. Please do not put any furniture out until Monday evening. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Pet Rules Reminder

  1. Those residents wishing to have pets should contact the Property Manager, pay the initial pet fee and provide all documentation from the Veterinarian.
  2. The Pet Policy Agreement must be signed between the Manager and the resident prior to acquiring your pet.
  3. Neither the annual fee nor the security deposit can be paid in installments. All monies are to be paid in full prior to the signing of the Pet Policy Agreement.
  4. Animals or breeds of animals considered to be vicious and/or intimidating will not be allowed. 
  5. No pet sitting. If you have not signed a pet agreement, you CANNOT pet sit someone else's pet.
  6. When outside with your dog, the dog MUST be on and leash, and the leash MUST be in your hand.
  7. All Dog feces MUST be picked up!  

Helpful Hints

Important to Remember

  • Do not add to or change anything in your apartment without written request from you and written permission from Property Manager.
  • Be sure to purchase Renter's Insurance. JCHA does not insure your belongings against loss. It is relatively cheap.
  • Call in all maintenance needs-849-5416 - do not attempt to personally repair.
  • If you are in danger, always call the local law officials.
  • Roach Infestation - Please report the existence of roaches in your apartment.
  • DO NOT disable or remove your smoke detector.

Failure to maintain utility service will result in eviction. This is a serious offense because of the possibility of damage to human life as well as to property.

Leave your apartment if there is a fire and then notify the fire department immediately.
