Public Housing Applications will be taken at Jefferson County Housing Authority (Warrior Office) at 601 Pecan Street, Warrior, AL 35180.

Application Closes: Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM
Applications can be picked up at the Warrior Office on Monday, June 9, 2025 - Thursday, June 12, 2025, between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, or you may print off an application via our website's APPLY NOW page, or one can be emailed to you.

- Dixi Manor - All Bedrooms (1, 2, 3, & 4)
- Faucett Homes in Trafford - All bedroom sizes (1, 2, 3, & 4)
- Northeast Jefferson Villa in Bradford - All bedroom sizes (1, 2, & 3)
- Chelsea Gardens - All bedroom sizes (0, 1, 2, & 3)
- Warrior Courts - All bedroom sizes (1, 2, 3, & 4)
You can drop off your application at the Warrior Office with the requested documents, or email your application and documents to swoolridge2@jcha.com.
Only 200 applications will be accepted.
Must be 18 years of age to apply.
Applications should have the proper Identification, which includes:
- State Driver's License, State ID or Military ID
- Verification of current income (SS, SSI, pensions, etc.) and/or proof of employment (two consecutive pay stubs if paid bi-weekly, four if paid weekly, and one if paid monthly)
Applicants already on the waiting lists for other housing programs must apply separately for this program, and such applicants will not lose their place on other waiting lists when they apply for public housing.

Directions to Warrior Office:
Take 1-65 North to Exit 281/Warrior. At the bottom of the ramp, turn right onto Dana Road. At the end of Dana Road, turn left onto Highway 31. Take an immediate left onto Pecan Street. JCHA Office will be on the right.
