Center Manager - Spring Gardens

Pay Rate: $12.65/hour (25 hours per week)

Summary of Job Duties
Coordinate activities and operation of community and nutrition center at Spring Gardens. Oversee kitchen and dining room activities and meals. Collect funds donated for meals and submit to United Way, weekly. Drive bus to take residents on errands. Contact individuals and organizations to provide activities and programs for residents. Prepare monthly newsletter and calendar of events and activities. Submit reports of activities and number of participants. Prepare reports for the nutrition program and submit all to United Way, as required.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D. plus one year of experience in working with the elderly or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Valid CDL Driving License*
  • Food Handlers Certification**
  • Ability to be insured under the Authority's vehicle policy
