Pfizer and Moderna will be available.

To receive the second booster shot it must have been at least 4 months since the first booster was received.

Call Andrea for an appointment, 205-841-5032, extension 1105, and indicate which vaccine you wish to receive.

On the day of the appointment, you must bring your vaccination card.
