Spring Gardens Apartments
Spring Gardens consists of 244 apartments that are designed housing for Elderly Adults age 55 and older. All units are ground level and have front and rear access. We have wheelchair accessible units also.
The apartments at Spring Gardens are totally electric. We furnish water, sewer, trash collection, pest control, stove, refrigerator, wall to wall carpet or laminate flooring and central heat and air. We have several laundry rooms on the property for your convenience. We have a property owned bus that makes weekly planned trips. There are three pharmacies that deliver to our property.
The community is built around a centrally located Community Center where we operate a nutrition and activity program in conjunction with United Way. We have a full-time service coordinator to assist with any social needs and a part-time registered nurse to assist with medical needs such as weekly health checks.
The original apartments at Spring Gardens were built in 1981 under the Section 8 New Construction program for the elderly, age 62 and older. The rent is based on 30% of your income.
